Louisiana football players arrested on criminal charges

It seems as if some of the football players at Louisiana State University will need a good criminal defense soon. There were three of them that have allegedly gone afoul of the law. One defensive lineman was arrested for supposedly hitting a woman in the face, and two others were arrested because it is said that they may be involved in a burglary in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

When you are accused of a white collar crime, and you don't know why or how they could accuse you, it can be frightening. The laws of Louisiana are very clear when it comes too fraud. Fraud is defined as a deception practiced in order to induce another to give up possession of property or surrender a right. It also means trickery.

Attorney needed when charged with drunk driving

When you are driving and you have been drinking, the state of Louisiana takes this very seriously. If you are stopped they will ask you to take a "Breathalyzer" test to see if you are over the limit. The limit is .08 for anyone over 21 years of age. These Breathalyzers are not always accurate so you may want to have an experienced attorney by your side to help prove this.
